At Tender Touch Care Providers, customer satisfaction is our top priority! Customers may notify Tender Touch Care Providers at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation or rescheduling of their services without charge. In the event a customer notifies Tender Touch Care Providers of cancellation or rescheduling of services less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date scheduled, the customer will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
Tender Touch Care Providers will attempt to reschedule any cancelled services at the customer's earliest convenience or within 30 days of the customer's request. If rescheduling is not possible within 30 days, Tender Touch Care providers will credit the unused portions of services toward future services. Credit toward future services must be used within a full year of the date the credit was given. If a care provider fails to appear or if services are not carried out substantially according to the contractual terms, Tender Touch Care Providers will determine within its sole discretion whether to give a full refund of the services, or a credit toward future services. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
All sales of Tender Touch Care Providers' merchandise are final. Refunds and exchanges are available only for defective products to be determined a the discretion of Tender Touch Care Providers.
